We, the Scopus Database Resource Information Center, are committed to providing quality services and support to authors wishing to publish their research papers in the Scopus database. In this regard, we wish to confirm that our activities are in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to intellectual property and legal provisions.

Our center operates solely as a consulting and support service without infringing on Scopus’ proprietary rights. We do not reproduce, distribute or modify the Scopus database. All interactions with publishers and Scopus representatives are conducted in accordance with established company rules and policies.

We guarantee:

• Transparency of all processes of interaction with publishers included in the Scopus database.
• Providing advice and assistance to authors without mediation or infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Full respect for copyright and exclusive use of official channels for submission and review of scholarly articles.
